At Wellness Palette, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you can return the products following the conditions detailed below. -
Return Conditions
• Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request a return.
• Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or promotional gifts.
• Excluded Products: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products unless they have manufacturing defects. -
Return Procedure

• Shipping: Once the return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless the product is defective or there was an error in the order.
• Refund: After receiving and verifying the condition of the product, we will process the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days. -
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
• Notification: You must inform us within 7 business days of receipt, attaching photos that show the damage.
• Resolution: We will offer repair, replacement, or a refund for the product, as appropriate. -
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order. -
